Our Leadership
Jeff began his first year at Cincinnati Pool Management as a Regional Director. Jeff is no stranger to the industry after having managed swimming pools for the past 18 years. Jeff is a successful General Manager within The Pool Management Group and the founding President of Dayton Pool Management. In addition, Jeff leads training and certification classes for the National Swimming Pool Foundation throughout the country. He became an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor and is an active contributor to safety and operational protocols shared nationwide with the partner companies of The Pool Management Group. Jeff is also an active Board Member of Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Prior to his leadership of Cincinnati Pool Management and his involvement with The Pool Management Group, Jeff has been a lifeguard, an elite and collegiate level swim coach, and a Director of Aquatics of the City of Mason, Ohio.
Jeff received his BS at Miami University and his Masters from Xavier University.
About Our Team
Cincinnati Pool Management provides pool management, lifeguard staffing services and pool maintenance services across greater Tri-State area.
We operate in the following areas: Mason, West Chester, Loveland, Milford, Anderson Township, Florence, Green Township, and Mariemont and surrounding areas.
Jillian started her aquatics career at Kentuckiana Pool Management in 2018 in high school as a Lifeguard and quickly became a Lifeguard Manager. While still working Summer's at KPM she attended college at Northern Kentucky University to earn her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Business Management. At NKU she worked as a Lifeguard Supervisor at the Campus Recreation Center and was a member of Theta Phi Alpha Sorority where she held multiple roles including Vice President of Recruitment. Jillian discovered that the Pool Management Group had an office in Cincinnati and soon became the HR Assistant and quickly moved to becoming the HR Director. She is a certified American Red Cross Lifeguard and Lifeguard Instructor.

Brittney has been an American Red Cross certified Lifeguard for 17+ years and an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor for the past 9 years. Brittney's life has practically been all about aquatics from a young age, she started competitively swimming at age 5 and made it to Division 1 Swimming at the University of Maine where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Marine Science. Brittney is also a certified instructor for the Diving Alert Network's Diving First Aid for the Professional Diver. Brittney has taken care of aquatic life at multiple zoos and aquariums throughout the country and now takes care of humans enjoying the pool!
Dylan graduated from Mount Saint Joseph University in 2022. He is currently earning his master's in organizational leadership where he wrestles for the Mount St. Jo wrestling team. He his lived in the Greater Cincinnati Area for most of his life and is very active in his community. Dylan started with CPM in January 2024. Dylan is a certified Pool Operator (CPO)
Stephanie LaSota
Regional Service Supervisor
Stephanie started with Cincinnati Pool Management in 2011. She then worked her way up to become a Service Supervisor starting in 2015. Stephanie is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
Faith Oleckniche
Regional Service Supervisor
Faith graduated from Mason Highschool in 2023. She has been working with Cincinnati Pool Management since 2020, working her way up from Lifeguard to Manager to Regional Service Supervisor. She has been a Regional Service Supervisor since January 2024. She is very excited to explore the service side of aquatics! Faith is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
Our Safety Advisors
As part of The Pool Management Group network, our customers and employees receive the expertise of our internationally renowned Safety Advisors, Dr. Tom Griffiths and the team at Aquatic Safety Research Group. Their expertise is instilled throughout our risk reduction practices and lifeguard training.
Dr. Griffiths was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame and is a Paragon Safety Award winner for his water safety efforts. He has been awarded the National Recreation and Park Association Distinguished Aquatic Service Award for a lifetime achievement and designated a European Lifeguard Academy Friend of the Academy for significant contributions to preventive Lifeguarding. Dr. Griffiths has also been named to “Who’s Who in Aquatics- The Top 100”, and “Power 25- Top 25 most powerful aquatics professionals in the World”, by Aquatics International Magazine.
Dr. Griffiths has authored more than 300 papers that have been published in scientific, professional and popular journals. He is an external reviewer for the American Red Cross Swimming and Diving publications.
