CPO Certification Program

 

Cincinnati Pool Management will be hosting Certified Pool/Spa Operator® certification programs throughout the year.  Enroll today in an upcoming course and participate in the world's leading education program for pool and spa professionals.  We offer two class styles outlined below:

 

CPO Two-Day Classroom Course

Class Schedule:  9:00 am to 5:00 pm Each Day
Tuition:  $335.00 (includes materials, textbook, examination, five-year certification and a subscription to the CPO Newsletter)
 

CPO One-Day Fusion Course

Class Schedule:  9:00 am to 5:00 pm (You'll attend the second day of the course only)
Online Training:  Registration includes enrollment into the Pool Operator Primer (POP) training.  This 8-10 hour training can be done on your own schedule, prior to attending the second day of any of our regularly scheduled courses.  Successful completion is required prior to examination.
Tuition:  $345.00 (includes a POP access code, materials, textbook, examination, and five-year certification)

Certified Pool/Spa Operator® Certification

CPO® certification courses are designed to provide individuals with the basic knowledge, techniques, and skills of pool and spa operations. The Certified Pool/Spa Operator® certification program has delivered more training than any other program in the pool and spa industry since 1972, resulting in more than 282,000 successful CPO® certifications in 64 countries. Many state and local health departments accept the CPO® certification program.
 

Course Information

•  The CPO® certification program requires participation in either a two-
  day class (14-16 hours) taught by a certified instructor 9:00am -    
  5:00pm each day
•  The CPO® certification program includes pool and spa chemistry,
  testing, treatment, filtration, maintenance, automatic feeding equipment, 
  and government requirements
•  The CPO® certification program requires an open book written
  examination and you need a 75% to pass
•  The CPO® certification is valid for five years
